Our Drawstring Sleeve Half-Top is a spandex top covering the shoulders. All edges and seams are topstitched with white thread. The sleeves are easy to get on and then cinch with the drawstring that is tied at the wrist. Originally seen made by Brittany on Project Runway, this top is slightly redesigned to make available for purchase.
