The Dream Rhinestone Skirt is made of a matte spandex that is smooth and soft as butter and are topped with thousands of hand applied crystal AB stunning rhinestones all over the skirt. These have looped coverstitching on all seams, and features binding edges on the top waist for a clean finish. Skirt length 34" from true waist to hem.
