Refund policy

Please respect our exchange time period policy:  Merchandise may be exchanged or sent in for store credit (which will be sent to you via email) within 10 days of receiving the return/exchange process email sent from our customer service.

At Brittany Allen, we respect and value every customer. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we are glad to accept returns (only on select merchandise) for a full refund or exchange for a different style or size. Should you return an item that is not sent damaged or any other fault of the seller, shipping is non-refundable, and you will be refunded the price of the garment and tax only. The shipping is not part of the refund.

When it comes to exchanges, we authorize ONE exchange per order. We are a small business, and can only accomodate one exchange per order with complementary shipping back to you. Shipping your garment to be exchanged to us is your shipping responsibility and a return label WILL NOT be sent to you. No exceptions. Return labels are only provided to customers with defective or damaged garments. Garments that are defective or damaged MUST BE reported within the first 30 days of purchase. Otherwise, we will categorize the defect or damage as normal wear and tear by customer use. 

  • Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt only for merchandise that is eligible. 
  • Fashion garments, all athleisure apparel, swimwear, accessories and jewelry are not eligible for returns- only for exchange or store credit due to small-batch manufacturing processes.
  • Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, sellable, with original tags and packaging. Swimwear MUST have the hygienic liner still in garment and in original position to be eligible for exchange or store credit. 
  • Altered apparel, special orders, perishable or personalized/monogrammed items, and items identified as "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged - NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • We are happy to honor requests for adjustment if your merchandise was purchased at regular price and then reduced within 5 days of purchase.
  • We are happy to cancel your order as long as it is cancelled within 24 hours of placing that order. Also, order must be processing and not shipped. Shipped orders are not eligible for cancellation.
  • Brittany Allen reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sellable condition.
